Job Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned HR leader with 5-10 years of experience in handling HR functions, preferably in recruitment or a similar industry. You should have a proven track record in HR leadership roles and experience in setting up HR processes from scratch in greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and drive organizational growth
• Set up HR processes for greenfield projects or similar experience
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards

Recruitment Expertise:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidates
• Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes to meet business needs

Compliance Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, including the Industrial Disputes Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and other relevant regulations
• Experience with PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances
• Familiarity with labor law amendments and updates
• Ability to conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or a similar industry
• Experience in setting up HR processes in greenfield projects
• Proven track record in HR leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
