Responsibilities

An HR Executive is an entry-level position within the Human Resources department of an organization.

As an HR you will have to work with different HR associates and managers to streamline

HR activities across CyberSRC®. It is a temporary position that will help you explore different

HR dynamics and how the real-HR world works. Apply only if you are from in and around Noida. 

1. Responsibilities

 Filing HR documents, initiating background checks on potential candidates, screening

resumes, and improving and implementing HR policies and procedures.

 HR will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,

training, and administrative tasks. HR provide practical experience and a

learning opportunity to gain insights into HR practices and processes.

 Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.

 Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

 Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.

 Contribute to training program coordination.

 Assist in maintaining employee records.

 Maintain and update HR databases and records.

 Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.

 Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

2. Qualifications

Knowledge of HR concepts, Labor Laws /Employment Laws, HRIS, and resume databases,

proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of labor laws, organizational skills, and a

Master's degree in HR or a related subject with a technical background.

3. Other considerations

 We are looking for an HR Executive . During the tenure with us, you will be collaborating with different stakeholders to run the HR operations smoothly. You will also help HR associates and managers in screening and

recruiting new employees. You will get hands-on experience in the HR domain and will

know how to work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹475,000.00 per year
