Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist based in Surat. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Key duties include recruitment, onboarding, personnel management, performance evaluation, and fostering employee engagement. Working collaboratively with management, this role ensures a positive workplace environment and drives organizational growth through effective human capital management.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management, including recruitment and employee engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus
• Familiarity with eCommerce or technology-based organizational structures is an advantage
