Role Overview


The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and ensure a positive work environment.


Performance Management

  • Support managers in performance review cycles and appraisals.
  • Track KPIs and assist in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HRMS data.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).


Payroll & Attendance

  • Oversee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team to ensure timely salary processing.


Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience

    in HR operations or executive roles.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance is a must.
