Job Description

Senior HR Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related queries including policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist in annual renewals.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
