Job Description

Senior HR – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule final rounds
  • Manage documentation, offer letters, and onboarding formalities
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Ensure compliance with hospital hiring policies and standards
  • Drive employer branding and talent acquisition strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software is a plus
