Job Title: Senior Executive – Human Resources (HR) Location: Patna, India Department: Human Resources Job Summary Responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resource functions in the hospital including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, HR policy implementation, and administrative oversight (Housekeeping & Security). Ensures adherence to Indian labour laws and hospital accreditation standards (NABH/ISO). Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing - Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff. - Coordinate with HODs to assess manpower requirements. - Conduct onboarding and induction programs. 2. Employee Relations - Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution. - Conduct disciplinary actions and ensure documentation. - Foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture. 3. Compliance & Documentation - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.). - Maintain employee records and statutory registers. - Coordinate HR audits and NABH/ISO compliance. 4. Performance Management - Implement appraisal systems and periodic reviews. - Support HODs in setting KPIs and performance goals. - Facilitate training and employee development. 5. Payroll & Benefits - Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing. - Administer benefits (PF, ESI, Insurance, Leave). - Monitor attendance and leave systems. 6. HR Policies & Procedures - Draft, update, and implement HR policies. - Ensure policy communication and compliance across departments. 7. Administrative Oversight - Supervise Housekeeping & Security staff. - Monitor manpower deployment and discipline. 8. Strategic HR & Engagement - Lead employee engagement and wellness programs. - Support manpower planning and HR analytics. - Contribute to hospital HR strategy. Qualifications & Requirements - Education: MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / PG Diploma in HRM. - Experience: 5+ years in HR (minimum 2 years in healthcare preferred). - Skills: Knowledge of Indian labour laws, interpersonal and conflict resolution, HR software & MS Office, familiarity with NABH standards. - Languages: English & Hindi proficiency.
