Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located in New Delhi. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management streamlining the process from data sourcing till final selection, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Duties will include conducting performance reviews, addressing employee concerns, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
