Role Description

-Manage and oversee all core HR processes.

-Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

-Handle personnel management, employee benefits, and payroll coordination.

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conducting interviews and managing selection processes.
• Driving campus hiring and external recruitment partnerships.

employee onboarding experience

-Conduct and support performance reviews, appraisals, and career development plans.

-Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.

-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.

-Partner with leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Skilled in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
