Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions which include the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures. Daily tasks will involve overseeing personnel management, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Possess expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies
• In-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a senior HR role is a plus
