Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR leader (6+ years) to head HR operations and strategy at Learnyst. You’ll oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy design , while also acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on all people matters. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership Define and implement HR strategy aligned with Learnyst’s growth plans. Advise leadership on talent planning, workforce design, and org structure. Talent Acquisition & Development Drive end-to-end recruitment for tech, non-tech, and leadership roles. Build onboarding, upskilling, and performance review frameworks. Role Overview: We’re hiring a Product Training Lead to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams, clients, and partners. You’ll translate product features into learning outcomes, create engaging learning materials, and make sure users extract maximum value from Learnyst. Roles & Responsibilities: Training Strategy & Design Conduct training needs assessments for sales, support, and customers. Develop training roadmaps and programs aligned with product launches and releases. Design content: slide decks, video tutorials, FAQs, quick-reference guides. Experience with instructional design or adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE, CPTD). Familiarity with LMS platforms or e‑learning authoring tools.
