Role Overview: We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive with 1+ years of experience in B2B content creation, LinkedIn marketing, and corporate storytelling. This role is crucial in shaping Learnyst’s enterprise positioning, crafting high-impact messaging, and executing LinkedIn-first content strategies that engage decision-makers in corporate L&D, HR teams, and enterprise training leads. This is a full-time, high-ownership role, where you will develop and implement a B2B-focused content strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership in the corporate training space. Selected Candidate's Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Strategic Content & Thought Leadership: Develop and execute a LinkedIn-first content strategy to position Learnyst as a leading LMS for corporate training. Craft high-impact B2B content (LinkedIn posts, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and newsletters) tailored for L&D heads, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers. Write engaging ad copies and brand messaging for LinkedIn campaigns, website landing pages, and corporate outreach. Research and implement enterprise-focused storytelling that highlights Learnyst’s value proposition for workforce training. Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, high-value LinkedIn posts and video scripts for enterprise marketing. Social Media & Content Creation (Corporate Positioning & Brand Awareness): Plan and manage content buckets focused on corporate learning, upskilling trends, and HR training strategies . Create and schedule LinkedIn posts, YouTube content, and thought leadership articles to enhance Learnyst’s enterprise brand presence. Research and track B2B social media trends to refine our content strategy. Engage with industry discussions, corporate L&D communities, and enterprise LinkedIn groups to build credibility. Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: Work closely with growth marketing & sales teams to align content with enterprise lead generation goals. Develop and execute LinkedIn ad campaigns with compelling messaging tailored for corporate audiences. Track and analyse engagement, CTRs, and conversions from LinkedIn and corporate marketing efforts. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in B2B content creation, LinkedIn marketing, and corporate messaging. Strong understanding of enterprise marketing, HR tech, or corporate training industries . Experience in crafting thought leadership content, ad copies, and social media strategies for B2B audiences . Proficiency in LinkedIn’s algorithm, engagement tactics, and ad platform . Excellent storytelling and brand messaging skills for corporate audiences. Proficiency in content tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar . Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver impactful content . Employment Details: Role Type: Full-time Stipend: Based on experience and skills shown in assessment, above 4LPA. Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work. Role Overview: We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing employee training or customer education programs. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape how Learnyst is used for onboarding, upskilling, and large-scale learning rollouts in the corporate space. This is a full-time role focused on applying your L&D expertise to enhance our LMS offering, consult with enterprise clients, and ensure Learnyst solves real-world training challenges for fast-growing teams and organizations. Selected Candidate's Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Training Strategy & Use Case Design: Collaborate with our product team to define and refine LMS use-cases for employee and customer training. Share L&D insights that influence product features and customer workflows. Create best-practice training templates for onboarding, skill assessments, compliance, and customer onboarding. Enterprise Collaboration & Implementation: Act as a learning consultant during client onboarding to help companies get started with Learnyst LMS. Assist in building internal demo courses and proof-of-concept flows for enterprise clients. Provide L&D advisory to corporate teams exploring LMS adoption. Thought Leadership & Enablement: Contribute to Learnyst's thought leadership on corporate learning trends, frameworks, and best practices. Create internal documentation or guides to support customer success teams on training workflows. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Customer Education. Experience designing or managing digital training programs (for employees or customers). Understanding of LMS platforms and training workflows (onboarding, compliance, skill development). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a product-driven environment. Bonus: Experience with instructional design, SCORM, or corporate LXP tools.
