B2B-focused content marketing expert to drive this initiative through LinkedIn and strategic content marketing.


Role Overview:

Social Media & Content Marketing Executive with 1+ years of experience in B2B content creation, LinkedIn marketing, and corporate storytelling.


This is a full-time, high-ownership role, where you will develop and implement a B2B-focused content strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership in the corporate training space.


Selected Candidate's Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


Strategic Content & Thought Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a

    LinkedIn-first content strategy

    to position Learnyst as a leading LMS for corporate training.
  • Craft high-impact

    B2B content (LinkedIn posts, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and newsletters) tailored for L&D heads, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers.

  • Write engaging ad copies and brand messaging

    for LinkedIn campaigns, website landing pages, and corporate outreach.
  • Research and implement enterprise-focused storytelling

    that highlights Learnyst’s value proposition for workforce training.
  • Repurpose

    long-form content into bite-sized, high-value LinkedIn posts and video scripts for enterprise marketing.


Social Media & Content Creation (Corporate Positioning & Brand Awareness):

  • Plan and manage content buckets focused on

    corporate learning, upskilling trends, and HR training strategies

    .
  • Create and schedule

    LinkedIn posts, YouTube content, and thought leadership articles

    to enhance Learnyst’s enterprise brand presence.
  • Research and track

    B2B social media trends

    to refine our content strategy.
  • Engage with industry discussions, corporate L&D communities, and enterprise LinkedIn groups to build credibility.


Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking:

  • Work closely with

    growth marketing & sales teams

    to align content with enterprise lead generation goals.
  • Develop and execute

    LinkedIn ad campaigns

    with compelling messaging tailored for corporate audiences.
  • Track and analyse

    engagement, CTRs, and conversions

    from LinkedIn and corporate marketing efforts.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience

    in B2B content creation, LinkedIn marketing, and corporate messaging.
  • Strong understanding of

    enterprise marketing, HR tech, or corporate training industries

    .
  • Experience in crafting

    thought leadership content, ad copies, and social media strategies for B2B audiences

    .
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn’s

    algorithm, engagement tactics, and ad platform

    .
  • Excellent

    storytelling and brand messaging skills

    for corporate audiences.
  • Proficiency in

    content tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

    .
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to

    work independently and deliver impactful content

    .


Employment Details:

  • Role Type:

    Full-time
  • Stipend:

    Based on experience and skills shown in assessment, above 4LPA.
  • Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work.

  • Standard working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off).
