Role Description

social media & Content Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy & Management

·

·        Plan and schedule platform-specific content aligned with brand objectives

·        Monitor platform analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance

Content Creation & Execution

·

·        Work closely with designers, video editors, and content writers to deliver creative assets

·        Stay on top of social trends, formats, and audience preferences

Influencer Marketing

·

·        Track performance and engagement of influencer collaborations

·        Support in planning end-to-end execution of influencer-led promotions

Community Engagement & Reporting

·        Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages

·        Track content performance and generate reports to measure ROI and engagement

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment and feedback

Education & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in social media and content marketing
• Strong understanding of social media trends, visual storytelling, and audience dynamics
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or other editing platforms
• Prior experience handling multiple platforms and influencer coordination is preferred
