We’re hiring an HR Manager

Role Overview:

As an HR Manager with 4+ years of experience, you’ll lead recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for our growing team. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Lead recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across levels.
• Drive employee onboarding, performance reviews, and L&D programs.

Culture Building

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
• Organize engagement activities and ensure employee well-being.

HR Operations

• Ensure HR policies are updated and compliant with labor laws.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people matters.

Requirements:

4+ years of HR generalist or HR manager experience.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Indian labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

SaaS/startup experience is a plus.
