Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in achieving their objectives, and taking proactive measures to prevent churn while identifying avenues for growth. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding new customers seamlessly onto our services, understanding their business requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly, providing continuous support and training to boost customer engagement and satisfaction, serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations, monitoring customer health scores to address potential problems preemptively, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to meet customer needs, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value, collecting and analyzing customer feedback for product and service enhancements, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and account activities. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, the capacity to work autonomously while managing multiple customer accounts, and familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools are also essential. Additionally, preferred skills include knowledge of industry and market trends, technical proficiency relevant to our products/services, and a data-driven approach to customer management. The offered salary for this position is 47,000, comprising a fixed component of 30,000 and an on-target earning of 17,000.
