We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive product adoption and retention.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively identify churn risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Prepare customer reports and help improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand SaaS products (preferred).
  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
