Key Responsibilities

  • Own Client Engagements:

     Serve as the main point of contact and lead all client-facing calls and meetings.
  • Drive Client Success:

     Ensure campaign performance aligns with client expectations; identify issues proactively and provide solutions.
  • Client Retention:

     Build strong, trusted relationships to promote long-term partnerships and client renewals.
  • Campaign Performance Updates:

     Share regular insights, reports, and next steps with clients.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

     Coordinate with outreach, operations, and strategy teams to maintain campaign quality and timelines.
  • Feedback Relay:

     Collect and communicate client inputs to internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in 

    client success, account management, or client-facing roles

     (preferably in marketing or SaaS).
  • Excellent 

    communication and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Strong 

    problem-solving ability

     with a 

    client-first approach

    .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
