We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Associate to own client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure our key accounts achieve their desired outcomes using Learnyst.

Role Overview:

As the Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving escalations, and driving retention and expansion. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive maximum value from Learnysts platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption and retention.

Escalation & Coordination

  • Handle customer escalations with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Coordinate between product, sales, and support teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Ensure a seamless experience across touchpoints.

Data-Driven Success Management

  • Use Power BI and SQL to analyze customer health and product usage trends.
  • Prepare insights and reports to identify upsell opportunities and prevent churn.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Assist in creating playbooks and best practices for customer success processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management roles.
  • Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven experience handling enterprise accounts and managing escalations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in SaaS or EdTech companies is a strong plus.

  • Salary: ?47,000 (?30,000 fixed + ?17,000 On Target Earning)
