Job Title: Associate HRBP Location: Candor Techspace, Sec 21, Gurgaon Salary: 3 LPA Shift Timing: 2:00 Pm to 11:00 Pm Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers on employee-related matters. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Strategic Planning: Participate in business planning, provide HR insights and recommendations, and develop HR strategies that support business goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field. Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in HRBP Strong understanding of HR principles & practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
