Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor for 1-5 years
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics; Clarity about the concepts of shrinkage, attrition, utilization, efficiency, productivity, etc.
• Experience in reporting / dashboards and project reviews
• Creative thinker to bring innovative ideas for process improvements, executing them and achieve results
• Escalation Management
• Conflict Management
• Stakeholder management
• Good PC skills, especially Excel and Presentation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, effective team management
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Self motivated proactive individual with complete sense of responsibility and ownership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 1-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and presentation tools; strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
