Job Description: You will be responsible for managing a large and diverse team of Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to achieve pre-defined targets. Your role will involve ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery, as well as motivating and encouraging agents in a dynamic work environment. You will also be required to develop the skill sets of agents and manage their personal development goals.
