Role Overview:

Community Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Community Building & Strategy

• Set the vision and roadmap for Learnysts Educator Network.
• Define how the community will function events, forums, discussions, and resource sharing.
• Attract educators, coaching institutes, and creators to join and engage.

Engagement & Growth

• Keep the community buzzing with daily/weekly posts, polls, AMAs, and discussion threads.
• Host online meetups, webinars, and virtual networking events for members.
• Identify and nurture power users who can champion the community.

Partnerships & Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align community goals with Learnysts broader mission.
• Partner with educators, creators, and influencers for guest sessions or workshops.

Measurement & Optimization

• Track engagement metrics, feedback, and growth.
• Experiment with new formats and ideas to keep the community fresh and valuable.

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in

  community management, social media, or partnerships

  (bonus if in EdTech or SaaS).
• A natural connector who loves interacting with people online and offline.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills can turn ideas into engaging conversations.
• Familiarity with community platforms (LinkedIn Groups, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Someone creative, self-driven, and loves experimenting with new ideas.
