Role Overview: Were looking for a Community Manager to build, grow, and manage Learnysts Educator Network from the ground up. This role is for someone passionate about bringing people together, sparking conversations, and creating value for members every single day. Roles and Responsibilities: Community Building & Strategy Set the vision and roadmap for Learnysts Educator Network. Define how the community will function events, forums, discussions, and resource sharing. Attract educators, coaching institutes, and creators to join and engage. Engagement & Growth Keep the community buzzing with daily/weekly posts, polls, AMAs, and discussion threads. Host online meetups, webinars, and virtual networking events for members. Identify and nurture power users who can champion the community. Partnerships & Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align community goals with Learnysts broader mission. Partner with educators, creators, and influencers for guest sessions or workshops. Measurement & Optimization Track engagement metrics, feedback, and growth. Experiment with new formats and ideas to keep the community fresh and valuable. Requirements: 24 years of experience in community management, social media, or partnerships (bonus if in EdTech or SaaS). A natural connector who loves interacting with people online and offline. Strong communication and storytelling skills can turn ideas into engaging conversations. Familiarity with community platforms (LinkedIn Groups, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.).
