Job Description

As an HR Sr. Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy across various verticals, ranging from digital-first teams to field sales and operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Recruitment, Rewards & Recognition (R&R), and HR Administration to ensure that we attract the right talent, foster a positive culture, and implement efficient systems to support our growth. In terms of Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for both online and offline roles, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build and maintain a robust recruitment funnel, and working closely with functional heads to identify key job roles and source suitable candidates. For R&R & People Culture, you will design and implement programs for rewarding, recognizing, and retaining employees across all teams. Additionally, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance our company culture, boost employee engagement, and improve performance visibility through activities such as monthly/quarterly team shoutouts, awards, and leaderboards. Your role will also involve overseeing HR Administration tasks, including onboarding, exit processes, attendance tracking, generating offer letters, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with technical and automation teams to enhance HR systems and processes. In terms of Team Leadership, you will lead and develop a small HR team, including recruiters, administrators, and R&R coordinators. You will establish standard operating procedures for HR processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability within the team. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5-8 years of HR experience, out of which at least 2 years should be in a leadership position. The ideal candidate should have a track record of successfully hiring diverse teams and field sales forces, a deep understanding of HR systems, recruitment strategies, incentive structures, and employee engagement practices. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
