Job Title: HR Specialist (Generalist Role) Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST About GenSigma: GenSigma is a fast-growing global provider of IT and staffing solutions. We are looking to strengthen our HR team with a proactive HR Recruiter who brings both people and process excellence. Role Overview: This role will primarily focus on internal recruitment, while also supporting onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while being involved in building a strong and engaged internal team. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal roles across functions (Sales, BD, Recruitment, Ops) Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and role specifications Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels Conduct screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments Maintain data accuracy in MIS and recruitment trackers Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate offer rollouts and document collection Plan and execute day-one onboarding and induction sessions Collaborate with IT/Admin to ensure smooth joiner experience Engagement & Support: Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and events Assist in HR communications and feedback collection from new joiners Work with HRBP on ad hoc people initiatives and cultural programs Key Requirements: 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment Working knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Graduation in any stream Willing to work from office in UK Shift (3 PM to 12 AM IST) What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative team environment Close exposure to senior leadership and decision-making Opportunity to build cross-functional HR skills Growth-driven culture and career advancement opportunities Interested candidate share your CV to poornemam@gensigma.com
