The role of Global Head of HR Consulting at HSBC Digital Business Services in Hyderabad, GSC India, offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead strategic people change initiatives. Operational effectiveness, risk management, and compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements will also be key aspects of your role. You will be responsible for monitoring and addressing operational risks associated with the business, ensuring ethical behavior, and implementing effective controls for ongoing activities. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of core HR experience, previous consulting experience with professional services firms, and a track record of running global programs across multiple territories.
