Job Description

As the Manager HRBP & COE, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing people strategies to support the hyper-growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include partnering with senior leadership, managing employee relations, and shaping key HR programs such as performance, retention, rewards, and engagement. Your analytical skills, coaching abilities, and HR expertise will be instrumental in driving business impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, focusing on key people metrics like engagement, retention, and cost. - Lead change management initiatives related to culture, recognition, performance, and organizational effectiveness. - Address complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and judgment. - Utilize people analytics for data-driven decision making and proactive solutions aligned with business requirements. - Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure statutory compliance and maintain necessary documentation. - Cultivate a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning within the business and HR teams. **COE - L&D:** - Define and align L&D strategy with business objectives. - Develop and deliver leadership development programs. - Create capability frameworks and development journeys for critical roles. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to create learning plans. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role, demonstrating expertise in people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and change management in high-growth environments. - MBA from a Tier 1 Institute is preferred.
