Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities: Drive process improvement and simplification projects across all supply chain functions - Planning, Logistics and Warehousing on key supply chain problems. Be the Single point of contact for all Supply chain related tickets / errors raised from Sales team or external customers. ● Ensure objective RCA of all issues and errors and define solves to systematically mitigate these in future. ● Ensuring resolution of all such issues, tickets and errors within agreed TAT. ● Make supply chain processes and systems future ready by leveraging the use of technology and analytical tools. ● Utilizing data analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and generate reports to support decision-making. ● Identifying and solving complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions, and implementing process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. ● Coordinating with the field sales team on supply chain issues and its resolution. ● Preparing dashboards, Process documents, Standard operating procedures for the various processes in the Supply chain team. ●Collaborate with Sales and Category to ensure that all customer-facing issues are resolved in a timely manner Requirements: ● Good analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills. ● Good understanding of Supply Chain processes, inventory management etc. ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a premium institute. ● 2-4 years experience in Planning, Ops Strategy or Central Supply Chain role ● Effective communication & exposure of dealing with senior management ● Experience across FMCG, Supply Chain and E-commerce preferred ● Hands-on experience in Data analytics tools & techniques with advance knowledge of MS Excel ● Good understanding of SCM processes, Warehouse & Logistics knowledge. ● Excellent interpersonal skills: outstanding in teamwork, ability to work successfully with teams across the organization (stake holder management) ● Strong problem solving, detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit. ● Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environment Salary Range: INR 15-20 lacs Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai Show more Show less
