VP - HR

As the VP of HR at Ranika, your primary responsibility will be to lead the people strategy for a rapidly growing, export-oriented manufacturing company operating in accessories, garments, and home decor sectors. You will be instrumental in building a strong HR infrastructure to support the company's expanding operations, which currently employs around 1,000 individuals and is expected to grow significantly in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent across all levels, from factory supervisors to division heads. - Cultivate a high-performance and ownership-driven culture within the organization. - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive the HR agenda in alignment with the company's overall strategic goals. - Scale teams from 300 to over 1,000 employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration process. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of HR experience, with a strong background in the home, accessories, or garment sectors. - Proven track record of managing both blue-collar (factory) and white-collar (staff) workforce effectively. - Experience in scaling teams and operations to accommodate rapid growth. - Demonstrated ability to lead from the front, operating strategically while also being hands-on when necessary. - Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential, with knowledge of regional languages considered a plus.
