VP - HR

As the VP of HR at Ranika, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for a fast-growing, export-oriented manufacturing company. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a robust HR infrastructure that can support the company's scaling operations across accessories, garments, and home decor. Currently managing around 1,000 employees, you will be instrumental in preparing the organization for significant growth in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent - Oversee the recruitment process for positions ranging from factory supervisors to division heads - Foster a high-performance and ownership-driven culture within the organization - Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives - Manage the HR functions across all 3 factories and office functions Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of HR experience, with a strong background in the home/accessories/garment sectors - Extensive exposure to managing both blue-collar (factory) and white-collar (staff) workforce - Proven track record of scaling teams from 300 to 1000+ employees - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels - Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages would be advantageous As for additional company details, Ranika offers you the opportunity to be an integral part of a rapidly expanding Indian manufacturer.
