Production - Merchandising Manager (Clothing)

As a production merchandising manager at Ranika Design, a leading design-focused manufacturer of Fashion Accessories, Clothing & Home Decor based in Sector 8, Noida, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of our recently launched Clothing Division. Your role will involve ensuring that the objectives of the merchandising department are effectively met. Key Responsibilities: - Provide an overview and ensure the achievement of merchandising department objectives. - Develop a departmental structure and define job responsibilities. - Train and guide your team to enhance their performance. - Analyze the performance of the production merchandising team and provide guidance for improvement. - Establish and optimize process flows within the department. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department. - Manage the department's costs in alignment with the budget. - Independently manage all buyer and liaison office meetings. Qualifications: - In-depth product knowledge of wovens. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Strong managerial skills to lead a team effectively. - An entrepreneurial mindset suited for a newly launched division (Approximately 3 years of experience).
