COO / VP-Operations

Ranika Design is a leading design focused manufacturer of Fashion Accessories (primarily bags) & Clothing (Wovens). We are based in Sector 8, Noida.

We are searching for a COO / VP-Operations who will be reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• In charge of all Operations/Manufacturing for the whole organisation (Handover to Final Shipment)
• Accountable for the Operations performance for the complete organization
• To manage the various Operations Managers of each unit/division
• To train and follow up with the various Operations Managers to ensure timely deliveries
• To implement the latest Quality & Manufacturing systems
• To have the managerial bandwidth to manage an increasing number of Operations managers in a variety of product categories

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in apparel/accessories/home decor manufacturing for exports
• Previous Experience in COO/ VP-Operations roles for medium/ large scale export houses
• Strong Managerial skills
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing
• Data driven
• Strong English (Verbal + Written) skills
• Strong Hindi Skills
• History of ethical behaviour (Background checks will be done)
