THE ROLE

We are seeking a Head of HR to lead and build the HR function across the group. This role calls for someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levels setting direction while also getting things done.

The right candidate needs to be passionate about organizational health, operational

efficiency, and people development in a B2B tech group that is looking to scale.

People Strategy & Culture

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Champion core values and strengthen work culture across teams
  • Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and change management

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Oversee hiring plans in collaboration with leaders
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for all roles
  • Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience

Performance, Learning & Development

  • Design and run performance management/appraisal processes
  • Identify learning needs and launch development programs
  • Work with managers to improve team performance and morale

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Manage the compensation structures
  • Manage employee benefits and HR systems/tools
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and HR documentation

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Build a positive employee experience across
  • Own onboarding, feedback mechanisms, and engagement surveys
  • Address employee relations issues in line with the company ethos

Candidate Profile

  • Experience and Competencies
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ in a leadership capacity
  • Prior experience in fast-paced, scaling tech or B2B software companies
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices, tools, and employment law
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
