Job Description

As a People Excellence Partner at Sanofi in Hyderabad, your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end People & Culture function service provision for employees and managers for the BU. You will work with the People Excellence Lead to drive simplification agenda across People Excellence, ensuring root cause analysis and follow-up via action plans. Your focus should be on providing a customer-focused mindset, promoting behaviors aligned with the company culture, and sponsoring diversity & inclusion across the organization. Building strong relationships with matrix stakeholders, constantly improving employee and manager experiences, and supporting People-related projects in the country will be key aspects of your role. Your qualifications should include: - Overall 5-7 years of experience in human resources as a generalist, with at least 3+ years in a global capability center setup - Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage complexities - Strong communication and influencing skills - Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems (Workday), and databases - Masters degree in Business Administration with HR specialization - Fluency in English In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should also be able to manage hiring for L3 & below, manage new hires" arrival in partnership with People Services, and support the Performance Management & Talent Cycles for the BU. Guiding employees & managers through the performance process and supporting People Services in global mobility of employees will be part of your role. You will also be involved in managing & coordinating employee separation & absence, supporting contingent & non-employee resources, and serving as a point of contact for Workday P&C transactions. Your role will also include promoting continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas with People Excellence COE Partner & People Services, supporting large organization changes with People Business Partners, and serving as the Tier 2 escalation in Service NOW when applicable. Your contribution as a People Excellence Partner will be crucial in driving the People Strategy locally, ensuring excellence and the highest standards of employee experience as One Sanofi. Your efforts will play a significant role in transforming culture, driving progress, and making miracles happen through the collective desire to improve people's lives at Sanofi.,
