Regional Human Resources Business Partner

As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner in the NBFC industry, your main responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling interviews, sourcing profiles through various channels, and collaborating with HODs to fill vacancy positions in the Thrissur and Bangalore regions. You will be tasked with following up on the offered candidate list, ensuring offer acceptance, and guiding candidates through pre-onboarding procedures and onboarding processes. In this role, you will drive the organizational people strategy and initiatives in collaboration with local senior leaders, ensuring that HR strategies and solutions align with business objectives and deliver desired outcomes. Acting as a consultant, you will support business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and promote accountability to positively impact business results. Your partnership with local senior business leaders will focus on developing the organization's long-term goals, talent matters, leadership development, and succession planning. Additionally, you will play a key role in enabling performance management and structuring HR programs to drive business success.
