The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements, handling litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal advisory to internal stakeholders. The role requires sound legal knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review contracts; support negotiation and execution. Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with obligations. Handle legal notices, documentation, and communication with LCOs/broadcasters. Manage litigation processes and coordinate with legal counsel. Stay updated on TRAI regulations and circulate key updates. Advise business teams on legal and regulatory matters.
