Profile Summary: Responsible for handling all aspects of administration related to the front desk or reception area and associated functionalities to facilitate smooth operations of the Company. Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities: Responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression on visitors and guests by greeting and welcoming them. Manage EPABX to handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, transfer calls to the relevant individuals, take messages, and provide information over the phone in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensure uninterrupted telephone lines and broadband services in coordination with IT admin personnel. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable. Calendar and schedule management of conference room to ensure availability of the same to the concerned people/team as per their requirement and priority. Provide support to administrative functions of Housekeeping and Pantry Management. Regular & routine purchases & inventory management of Stationery, Pantry, Housekeeping, and other office supplies. Maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, electronics, appliances, and other items, including their AMC and service contracts. Arrangement and assistance for travel and logistic requirement for internal people and official guests. Other general day-to-day office administration work. Essential Qualifications: Graduation Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. People with less or more years of experience can also be considered if otherwise found suitable. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication. Should be well organized and have good time management skills. Should have good interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Should be good in MS Office suite.
