Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Kolkata. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with business and contract laws. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, advising on various legal matters, and ensuring all activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations. The Legal Officer will work closely with other departments to provide legal support and mitigate legal risks.

Qualifications
