Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Thrissur. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal support, including the preparation of legal documents and contracts, offering legal consulting, and ensuring compliance with business and contract law. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business agreements, researching legal issues, and advising the company on legal risks and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Law, Contract Law, and general Legal Consulting skills
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation
• Strong understanding of Law and legal principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
• JD or LLB from an accredited institution
• Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
