Internal Controls and Risk Management Design and implement internal financial controls and SOPs for procurement, expenses, and asset management. Collaborate cross-functionally with program, HR, and operations teams to align financial processes. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in finance roles, with at least 7-10 years in a senior finance/controller role, preferably in the non-profit or education sector.
