HR Manager

As an HR Manager at our premier 5-star luxury hotel in South Goa, you will play a pivotal role in leading the human resource function. Your primary responsibility will involve developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the hotel's operational goals. Your expertise in recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and people strategy will be instrumental in maintaining high standards in staffing and HR operations. You will be tasked with overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing the employee lifecycle. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal hotel policies will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will lead performance management systems, provide support for training initiatives, and foster a positive work environment through employee relations and engagement programs. Your role will also involve coordinating with various departments to uphold staffing standards and HR operations. Handling disciplinary procedures, implementing policies, and conducting statutory audits will be part of your responsibilities. Therefore, your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership qualities, and exhibit problem-solving skills will be critical to your success in this role. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in BBA, with an MBA in HR being a strong advantage. A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector, is required. Knowledge of Goa-specific labor regulations and hospitality standards will be beneficial. Candidates currently residing in Goa or possessing a strong local understanding will be preferred.
