Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Hyderabad and Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of the FMCG and personal care space, and a proven track record in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of 15+ sales professionals (TSMs and TSIs) to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the region. Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network. Build and manage a strong supply chain infrastructure under a Cash & Carry model. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and retailers. Maintain and report a healthy sales pipeline with timely forecasts and updates to senior management. Ensure the cost of the team remains below 10% MoM. Utilize SFA (Sales Force Automation) and DMS (Distributor Management System) tools for efficient operations.
