We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, mentor junior associates, and help scale fast-growing D2C brands. You'll work across major ad platforms, manage budgets, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
● Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Snapchat, etc.
● Monitor daily ad performance, track key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate), and ensure optimal campaign pacing.
● Support in building weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
● Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and assist in creative testing.
● Mentor and manage performance of 1–2 junior associates, guiding execution and quality.
● Collaborate with the content, design, and brand teams to build end-to-end marketing campaigns.
● Work on retention strategies, including WhatsApp campaigns and customer lifecycle flows.
● Perform competitor analysis covering ads, marketing strategies, and pricing.
● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
● Proficiency in ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic understanding of Snapchat Ads.
● Strong analytical skills with comfort in using Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Sheets, and performance dashboards.
● Experience managing or mentoring interns/associates is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
● Passionate about D2C brands and digital growth.
● Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp marketing tools.
● Exposure to festive campaign planning, product launches, or lifecycle marketing.
