About the Role

Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative

  viral video concepts

  for SeoulSkin, MakeMeeBold, and UrbanYog.
• Script, storyboard, and guide shoots with

  cinematographers & editors

  .
• Re-purpose and optimize influencer UGC into high-performing brand assets.
• Work closely with the

  branding team

  to align tone, style, and narrative.
• Stay on top of

  beauty trends, viral formats, and social-first storytelling

  .
• Create high-conversion ads for

  Meta Ads (FB/Instagram)

  and other paid channels.
• Build a

  content calendar

  to consistently push out viral-worthy ideas.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in

  content strategy, digital marketing, or video-first roles

  .
• Strong understanding of

  what makes a video viral

  on Reels/TikTok/Shorts.
• Prior experience in

  beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands

  preferred.
• Ability to work with video teams (shoot + edit + finalize creatives).
• Proficiency with short-form editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus).
• Data-driven mindset—know how to optimize for CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
• Passion for beauty, storytelling, and

  turning products into cultural moments
