As a Creative Strategist in the cosmetics industry, your role will involve thinking about what your target audience wants to see in advertisements and on social media platforms. You will be responsible for writing short scripts, video ideas, and copies for various communication channels and product ads. Keeping yourself updated with the latest trends on social media will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Write engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, and other communication channels. - Manage digital deliverables from end to end, including social media post scheduling, publishing, and content calendar management. - Develop memes and relevant humor content for social media accounts. - Lead creative content campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams. - Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and animators to bring your ideas to life. - Ensure that all content created aligns with the brand's archetype, style, tone, and communications. - Participate in brand pitches and narrations for influencer and celebrity campaigns. Qualifications Required: - 2 years of work experience in Creative Strategy. - Post Graduate degree in Mass Media, Communications, and/or Advertising.
