What You’ll Own

a fast, trend-savvy, and packaging-obsess

You’ll be the one to:

• Spot new tren

  ds using social media, creator content, Reels, Amazon, Nykaa, and other beauty platforms

• Find the right product opportuni

  ty by analyzing market gaps, viral trends, and demand potential.

• Handle product & packaging sampli

  ng end-to-end — fast turnaround on shortlists, iterations, and approval

• Lead vendor negotiatio

  ns for MOQ, cost, timelines, and customizations.

• Procure innovative beauty packagi

  ng — from tubes and bottles to pumps, jars, and gift boxes — with strong taste and sensibility for design and cost

• Coordinate closely with the brand, design, and marketing tea

  ms to ensure product-market-brand fit

• Maintain product quality + spe

  ed — balancing launch deadlines with brand experience.

You Should Have

• ✅ 2+ years experience

  in beauty procurem

  ent or product sourcing (preferably from beauty brands)
• ✅ Strong sourcing experience - personal vendor network
• ✅ Keen sense

  of product & packaging aesthet

  ics — understands what clicks with Gen Z, Millennials, and K-beauty lovers

• ✅ Fast execution mind

  set – your strength is launching fast, not just planning
• ✅ Good coordination skills across sampling, vendors, and internal teams.
• ✅ Experience handli

  ng beauty tools, skincare, haircare, and bodyc

  are products is a major plus.
• ✅ Willingness

  to tra

  vel for fairs, factory visits, and vendor onboarding.

• Sourced for fast-growth D2C or viral-first brands
• Already have a ready Rolodex of trusted packaging & product vendors
• Understand production timelines, quality control, and custom packaging development
