Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), optimize campaigns, and report insights to stakeholders. Own and optimize influencer marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Stay ahead of social and influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Who You are: Someone with 46 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, with at least 12 years in a leadership role. You have strong network of influencers and agencies across relevant categories. You are excellent at negotiation and relationship management skills. You have an analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking tools and social analytics. A creative thinker with deep understanding of social media culture and platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance Ensure all cosmetic and personal care products comply with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules , including Schedule S, Q, and related labelling requirements. Prepare and review product dossiers for submission to FDA and other authorities. Track updates to Indian and international cosmetic regulations and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders. Verify product formulations, ingredient lists, and claims to ensure they meet regulatory standards. Liaise with external consultants and government departments for product approvals, notifications, and renewals. Licensing & Documentation Apply for and maintain Cosmetic Manufacturing, Import, and Marketing Licenses (Form 32/33). Maintain accurate documentation of regulatory submissions, license renewals, and correspondence with authorities. Support in FDA site inspections and assist in responding to audit queries or compliance observations. Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to ensure adherence to GMP guidelines for cosmetics. Labelling & Claims Compliance Review and approve product labels and artworks for compliance with labeling regulations under the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules , Legal Metrology Act , and other applicable laws. Validate product claims (e.g., dermatologically tested,” “paraben-free,” etc.) to ensure they are substantiated and within regulatory boundaries. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with R&D , Marketing , and Quality Assurance teams to support compliant product development and launches. Act as the regulatory point of contact for any product-related or labelling queries. Training & Awareness Conduct periodic internal sessions on cosmetic regulatory updates and compliance requirements. Promote awareness of product safety, labelling standards, and regulatory obligations across departments.
Role & responsibilities Plan, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns with high budgets Manage partnerships with Instagram influencers , including outreach, negotiations, and deliverable tracking. Work on skincare and makeup category campaigns with a clear understanding of content that performs. Identify and onboard the right creators based on audience fit, performance history, and brand alignment. Monitor campaign performance via Instagram metrics. Build and maintain a network/database of relevant influencers for ongoing and future campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, digital) to align on campaign messaging and goals. Track and report influencer content delivery, reach, engagement, and ROI metrics post-campaign. Preferred candidate profile You have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing (beauty or personal care industry preferred). Strong knowledge of beauty influencers , current trends, content styles, and engagement benchmarks. Basic knowledge of GA, Excel, and data interpretation to track success metrics. Experience in negotiation and influencer outreach is a must.
