Job Description

What Youll do:

Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
Co-create content briefs and ensure timely execution of campaigns
Ensure influencer content resonates with brand tonality, campaign objectives, and audience expectations.
Manage and mentor a team of influencer executives/coordinators; ensure smooth workflows and high performance.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), optimize campaigns, and report insights to stakeholders.
Own and optimize influencer marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Stay ahead of social and influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Who You are:

Someone with 46 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, with at least 12 years in a leadership role.
You have strong network of influencers and agencies across relevant categories. You are excellent at negotiation and relationship management skills.
You have an analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking tools and social analytics.
A creative thinker with deep understanding of social media culture and platforms.
