Position Overview: The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will play a key role in managing and delivering complex, high-impact programs across multiple teams. Responsible for the timely and efficient execution of projects across the value chain using Agile Methodology, from strategy through to implementation. Integrate quickly into the organisation to assess and unblock barriers that affect developers working with the team on mitigation strategies Handled and delivered complex tech projects, ideally within a heavily matrixed organisation where s/he was able to demonstrate leadership and lead effectively to meet the delivery objectives. A successful track record of leading large cross-functional teams with the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams and functions is imperative. What You Will Be Doing Oversee the program of projects that the Country Head and his/her team have determined, making sure that plans are regularly reviewed, optimized, etc. and that all risks are flagged, discussed and corrective actions taken. Take on the role of project manager wherein the role requires coordination and influence with other project leaders and the teams assigned to the work. Provide weekly reports of the program's status, flagging areas of risk and helping to identify reasons to celebrate along the way. Be responsible for determining and checking the OKRs that apply to the projects and to the Country Head's team itself. Updating OKRs weekly in line with normal business best practices. What We Are Looking For Have min 3-5 years experience in program management, and preferably be from telco background with multi functional exposure to marketing, tech and customer service. Ideally overseen programs across all areas of a business, commercial and technical. A problem solver who is willing to apply themselves wherever this is needed.
