Job Overview We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist to own and scale Jetpac’s organic search performance globally. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to improve rankings, grow traffic, and expand our discoverability across high-intent keywords. You’ll be responsible for driving Jetpac’s visibility across web and app stores through robust content strategies, technical optimizations, and continuous experimentation. If you obsess over search intent, CTRs, and content velocity—this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across key regions and product categories Own keyword research, topic clustering, and content planning aligned with Jetpac’s growth goals Build and manage an SEO content calendar in collaboration with content and product marketing teams Identify opportunities for international SEO and language-specific optimization On-Page & Content Optimization Optimize existing web pages, blog content, landing pages, and metadata for SEO performance Write and review SEO briefs for long-form content, ensuring alignment with brand and keyword goals Drive structured data/schema implementation for better SERP visibility Collaborate with the design and engineering teams on page structure, UX, and content hierarchy Technical SEO Conduct regular audits to identify crawl issues, site speed improvements, indexing errors, and broken links Ensure mobile-first indexing, core web vitals, and other Google ranking factors are consistently met Manage SEO tracking setup, including Search Console, GA4, and third-party tools Work with product and engineering teams to implement technical recommendations Performance Tracking & Reporting Define and monitor KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs and Semrush to track performance Deliver monthly performance reports and recommend optimizations based on insights Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and ranking opportunities Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, performance marketing, content, and localization teams Align SEO strategy with ongoing campaigns, launches, and business priorities Collaborate with developers and designers to build SEO-friendly pages and templates Coordinate with PR and backlink-building partners to grow domain authority Requirements 4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a product-led or high-growth company Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical) Experience using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4 Solid understanding of HTML, site architecture, and mobile-first principles Proven success in growing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced teams Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field Preferred Experience Prior experience in the travel, telco, fintech, or SaaS domain Experience with app store optimization (ASO) is a strong plus Familiarity with multi-language/multi-region SEO strategies Desired Skills Deep understanding of keyword research and content clustering Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, or custom CMS) Ability to analyze SEO data and tell a compelling growth story Strong project management and prioritization abilities Growth mindset with a passion for learning, testing, and iterating What We Offer Competitive salary and excellent performance-based incentives.
